Most sites take about 4 weeks at the longest from kickoff to launch. We aim to get sites up much quicker than that. That timeline depends on how quickly we get your content and feedback.

What do you need from me to get started?
We need your logo, brand colors, website text, any photos or videos you want, and access to your domain registrar so we can launch the site.

What if I don't have the time to give you assets?
No problem. Whatever you don't give us, we will take care of it! We want to make the site build process as smooth as possible, so if you want us to fill in the blanks in terms of copy or imagery, we are happy to do that!

What if I'm slow to provide my photos or text content?
On the Partnership Plan, we can use stock photos and placeholder text to keep things moving. On the Launchpad Plan, we pause the project until we have your content.

Who owns the website when it's finished?
With the Launchpad Plan, you own everything. With the Partnership Plan, you own your content and domain, and license the site while subscribed. That's what makes $0 down possible.

What if I'm on the Partnership Plan and want to leave but keep my site?
You can buy the website for the price of the current Launchpad Plan. We then transfer full ownership and all files to you.

Do you provide website hosting?
Yes. Hosting is included with the Partnership Plan. For the Launchpad Plan, we offer hosting for $25/month or can give you the site files to host elsewhere.
