  1. 01 A booked estimate is a new-customer estimate appointment that comes from the web pages I build (not the homepage to account for your existing traffic), or missed-call follow-up. It’s a booked opportunity, not a promise of a sold job.
  2. 02 To qualify for the guarantee, keep your calendar availability accurate and attend booked appointments. The guarantee covers your first 30 days.
  3. 03 If fewer than five estimates are booked by day 30, I keep the initial $1,000, waive the rest of the first-month fee (even if 8% of revenue is higher), and keep working with no further fees until five are booked.
  4. 04 Attributable revenue is money actually collected from tracked new customers brought in by these systems. We review it together each month. Existing customers, unrelated referrals, quotes, homepage conversions, and unpaid invoices don’t count.
  5. 05 Each month: $1,000 at the start of the month, credited toward the greater of $1,000 or 8% of attributable collected revenue. At month-end you pay only the remaining balance. Example: $20,000 collected = $1,600 total, so $600 at month-end.
  6. 06 After five estimates are booked, you must choose to discontinue monthly service. There is automatic enrollment in the case of successful delivery. If five arrive early, the paid first 30 days still finish first.
  7. 07 The 48-hour launch is for your website and starts once onboarding is complete (business details, service areas, photos, and CRM & DNS access). Local search takes time; 48 hours is not a ranking or revenue promise.
