SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Hillside Web Design's SMS/text messaging program sends messages only to people who have provided the applicable consent. Depending on the specific consent you provide, messages may include requested information, follow-up, appointment or service information, notifications, and promotional messages when your consent covers them. Message frequency varies according to the program and your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

SMS is used primarily for missed-call text-back. When we miss a call placed to us, we may send a text in response to that customer-initiated contact where the applicable permission allows it. The website SMS opt-in experience is another available consent method; it does not mean every SMS recipient opted in through this website.
